What changes the plan
Ask the venue which entrance the wedding party should use and whether that arrival conflicts with guest valet traffic. Include time to unload slowly and settle clothing. The reservation time for the ceremony is not the correct time for the car to reach the curb.
Assign one coordinator to the vehicle, photographer and venue. List the agreed photographs and stop locations before the day. A short controlled photo window works better than asking a car to wait indefinitely in an active driveway. Permission to photograph is separate from permission to park.
Decide who will drive and confirm whether the booking is self-drive or a separately arranged chauffeur service. Never infer a driver from a wedding photograph. Include the return plan, approved driver and any changing clothes or luggage in the written brief so the car suits the whole event.
