What changes the plan
Describe the outfit and mobility needs without sending unnecessary private information. Ask for the actual door arrangement and seating configuration. A long dress, hat or structured jacket may make a low seat inconvenient even when the passenger count fits the specification.
Plan the curbside exit rather than only the cabin. A narrow lane, steep curb or close parked car can limit door opening. Ask the destination for a legal level handover point. If assistance is needed, agree who provides it instead of assuming it is part of the rental.
Keep garment bags, bouquets and presentation items separate from heavy luggage. Tell the operator what must remain within reach and what can stay in the trunk. Do not attach decorations to paint, trim or glass without explicit permission and a safe agreed method.
